Accepting these terms
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
What the Service is
The Service provides market data and analytics for information and education only. It is not investment advice. The Service is currently free and we may change, add or remove features at any time without notice.
Your account
The dashboards need a free account. You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the data or content in bulk, or use automated tools to download it;
- overload, attack, probe or try to get around the security of the Service;
- present our content as your own advice or as a recommendation to others;
- use the Service for anything unlawful.
We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Intellectual property
The site design, software, text and analytics are owned by TradingWatch. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Market data remains the property of its providers.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TradingWatch and the people behind it are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses or lost profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Third-party services
Links to Telegram and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
